this is a photo taken the day of the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony (Summer 2008) which officially opened the facility for operation - Armed Forces personnel in dress uniforms standing at parade rest with flags flanking speaker's podium - building has concrete masonry unit walls in multiple tones of tan and brown with red metal roof
