Preliminary Design is underway for a
proposed 19,200 SF facility which
will serve both Emergency Medical
Service Department and Fire
Department for the City of East
Jordan, Michigan. The EMS
facility will provide an Apparatus
Bay with 3 drive-thru bays for the
department's 6 vehicles, offices,
Kitchen/Day Room, storage and
support spaces (bunk rooms,
restrooms, showers and lockers) for
the department's 24 personnel.
The Fire Station will provide an
Apparatus Bay with 4 drive-thru bays
for the department's 8 vehicles,
offices, Kitchen/Day Room, storage
and support spaces for the
department's 18 personnel. The
departments will share a
Meeting/Conference Room, Exercise
Room, Billing Office, restrooms,
lobby/reception, and vehicle wash
bay. Construction cost is
estimated at $2.5 million.

We have begun home designs for a new
residential development on Lake
Michigan's Beaver Island -
Port St.
James - single family homes at
Font Lake, Donegal Bay, Indian Point
and Pagetown.
Design is underway for renovation of
5,200 SF of Building 136 to relocate
the Supply, Processing and
Distribution (SPD) department from
another building at the Department
of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical
Center in Battle Creek, Michigan.
Design is wrapping up on renovations to
the Littlefield-Alanson Community
Building for Alanson Area Public
Library. The Library plans to
increase their current book
collection (4x) and provide public
computer access.
